Tracking the Venezuela-linked Tanker 'Pursued' by the US Coast Guard

Our team is checking images and video circulated earlier today that depict the aftermath of a reported car bomb blast that Russian officials state killed a senior soldier in Moscow.
Officials in Russia stated that Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov was in the vehicle that exploded and that he succumbed of his injuries. An investigation is under way.
The initial step to check the site from which the pictures were from relied on social media reports indicating the blast happened on Yasenevaya Street in the southern district of the capital city of Russia.
We used street-view imagery on digital map platforms and the local mapping service Yandex Maps to corroborate the distinctive yellow colour of a nearby apartment building captured in the video.
Identifying other structures, lamp-posts and the road configuration verified the exact location the pictures were taken.
We also checked that the videos were new and that the images had not been digital alteration.
